New URL, New Server
As you may have noticed, the fanfiction archive is now at a new URL: http://stargate-atlantis.org/fanfics/ This is because the old server was overloaded, so the fic archive had to be moved to a different host. All the old links should work properly (they'll be forwarded automatically to the new server), but you should update them anyway. (Just change the domain name from sg-atlantis.org to stargate-atlantis.org.) If you notice any problems, please let us know! We're sorry for the short notice and the inconvenience.

December 2006: Server Problems
As you may have noticed, the fanfiction archive (and the entire domain) was down for the past week. Everything had to be re-uploaded from backups. The backups were current, so nothing should have been lost.
Updated January 27, 2007: I have been notified that at least one author's fanfics were lost. If you encounter any missing stories, please contact me, and I will e-mail the author to let them know about the situation. If you discover that your own fanfics are missing, you will need to reupload them.
There are some issues with single quotation marks (they appear as ’), but this apparently only occurs in the fanfic descriptions and the author's notes, not in the actual stories themselves. I am looking into a way of correcting these automatically, but until then, you can always edit your fanfics' descriptions and author's notes manually.
Otherwise, everything should be working. If you encounter any problems, please e-mail us with your username, your e-mail address, and a description of the problems.

Server Problems - Recent Fics and Authors Lost
As you may have noticed, the site was down most of today due to problems with our host. There may still be some lingering problems; they should hopefully be fixed within the next day or so.
Unfortunately, any new stories added or members joined within the past few days were lost. :( Please resubmit your stories or rejoin!
